The Pine Beetle Epidemic

The Mountain Pine Beetle continues to destroy Colorado's forests. This year the epidemic will move in force from the Western Slope to the Front Range. Can we find ways to mitigate the damage to our remaining forests and dispose of the dead trees before they become fuel for massive wildfires?
